SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT

The delivery time may delay due to the COVID-19 restrictions.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders in United States. 

When your order leave our warehouse, we will send you an email together with the tracking number. Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to and address where someone will be available to accept it.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund of exchange.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in he same condition that received it. It must be in the original packaging.

We only offer returns to the customers who purchase directly from LAPLACE for personal use. The products purchased through other resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective return policy.

Your will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by completing the contact form or send an email to info@laplaceofficial.com.
